The Transportation and Infrastructure Committee of the City Club is dedicated to advocating for a comprehensive and resilient public transportation network, with a strong focus on enhancing rail infrastructure within the Northeast Corridor. Through strategic advocacy and well-informed policy recommendations, the committee aims to improve the accessibility, efficiency, and sustainability of public transit for all urban residents. By prioritizing investments in rail and other transit modes, and by supporting essential infrastructure improvements, the committee strives to alleviate congestion, minimize environmental impacts, and ensure equitable access to transportation resources across the region.
